Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere. If you prefer a laid-back lifestyle without the action of a big city, expect to enjoy life in this neighborhood. Similar to many Washington neighborhoods, Elk Plain is extremely wooded and features towering trees. Elk Plain is predominately residential, but there are small stores, several schools, daycare centers, and parks in the neighborhood. Elk Plain is also home to the Classic Golf Club.
