Welcome to our recently remodeled home with a clean modern Japandi feel. This house sits on an oversized lot on a quiet street. The Westside of I-25 is the sweet spot in Colorado Springs. You are nestled up to the mountainside of town. Our quiet neighborhood is a few minutes from many hikes, the Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. You will find our home is place of relaxation and rejuvenation. Located right in Ivywild, you're only minutes away from great food, historical breweries, and plenty of shopping! This house has an upstairs and downstairs unit with private access via keyless entry. Both levels are currently furnished. If you want to rent the whole house let's talk! The yard is shared space along with the laundry facilities. Each unit has it's own propane grill.
This unit is the basement floor of a house that sits on an oversized lot on a quiet street. The house is near the mountains and many of Colorado Springs best hiking trails. Currently the unit is furnished and can be rented as such. The unit is accessed through the side door of the house via keyless entry. There are stairs down to the apartment and the shared laundry room. The unit has a door with an additional keyless entry at the bottom of the stairs. The gravel driveway along side of the house is your parking space. When you enter the unit you walk into a fully stocked kitchenette with an oversized mini-fridge, hot plate, and air fryer with counter space and a sink for wash up. There is a dining room table with chairs and a bench. From there you walk into the living area which has a Roku TV and sofa and sitting chairs. Additionally there is a lovely workspace with an unique drafting table. From the living room you head to the two bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-size bed and a door to the yard. Both bedrooms have Roku TVs. The unit has AC window units and plenty of warmth from the boiler unit.
