Enjoy the backyard oasis above Cypress Creek, with a stunning view of the spring-fed creek and serene water lilies. A cowboy pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, and a firepit provides a tranquil setting for memorable moments. The cowboy pool can be heated for cooler months. This Wimberley location is less than 10 minutes from H-E-B Grocery, Wimberley town square with its shops and restaurants, recreational tennis courts, Quicksand Golf Course, Cypress Falls, Jacobs Well, and Blue Hole Regional Park. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool; a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This is a rural property in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife and where cell phone and delivery services may be limited.
