Sunset Hills is a quiet, safe neighborhood located near UNC-G, Friendly Center and downtown, with sidewalks that are great for long walks. Rent includes ALL utilities - gas, electricity, water & trash, and high speed fiber optic WIFI. It has central gas heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen includes solid cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, built in microwave, full-sized washer and dryer. Berber carpeting throughout and mini-blinds at all windows. There is also a large sunroom overlooking lovely landscaped yard, tons of closet space, fully tiled bathroom with heat lamp. Available for immediate occupancy. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY We are seeking a respectful and quiet tenant with an established employment record. Drug-free and Smoke-free Property. No pets, please. ??Background check and employment verification will be completed on all prospective tenants prior to approval. Monthly rent of $1250 plus $500 deposit due at 12-month lease signing.
