About This Property

This fully furnished, newly renovated unit is part of a mid-century duplex located in the heart of the Kenwood neighborhood in Minneapolis. You'll enjoy parks, bike paths, hiking and cross-country ski trails right outside your door. Lake of the Isles is within 4 blocks and the family-friendly, East Cedar Lake Beach on Cedar Lake is less than 2 blocks away. This home offers two bedrooms (with possibility for a third), 3.5 bathrooms, living and dining room, professional kitchen, entertainment room and laundry room. Over 2200 square feet of space are spread across three floors. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom are located on the second floor. The main floor houses the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath. The lower level contains a spacious entertainment room, 3/4 bath and laundry room. An ATTACHED garage is accessible via an entry way into the kitchen. Two additional off-street parking spaces are available as well. Outside this home, you'll find a furnished patio and large side yard that are shared with the front unit. This home is available for rent due to the owners traveling for an extended period of time. As a result, the unit is fully furnished (minus all personal items). We are open to discussing removing some furniture but would prefer to leave large items in the home. An 8 month lease is ideal for us but we are open to discussing shorter or longer lease lengths that work for you.
