Any open bankruptcy will be automatically denied. 5. RESIDENTIAL HISTORY Three (3) years verifiable (non-family) history required with proof of continuous payments. Co-signers considered for lack of rental history. 6. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Last (4) paycheck stubs of proof of income. Three (3) years of verifiable employment. Income requirement 2.3x rent.
