Cedar Lake and Lake of the Isles are just steps from your front door and the family-friendly, East Cedar Lake Beach is just 2 blocks away. The magical surroundings of this location will make you forget that you are in the heart of the city but with access to all that Minneapolis has to offer. Enjoy over 2200 square feet of space spread across two floors. You'll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and open, professional kitchen on the first floor. The main floor master bedroom has its own 3/4 ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom as well. On the lower level you'll find a third bedroom, additional bathroom, expansive entertainment room with wet bar and large office. The generous laundry room also offers additional storage space. Outside, you'll have access to a patio and large side yard- rare for a property in the city. This unit has one garage stall and up to two additional off-street parking spaces. The home is available starting September 1. A 1-year lease is ideal but we are open to discussing lease agreements between 6 and 12 months. We normally use this home as a guest house for our friends and family so it is completely furnished. We can discuss the possibility of removing some furniture but prefer to leave things as-is.
