One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Portland, there are tons of retail shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. located along both NW 21st and NW 23rd and the surrounding blocks. The Central City Streetcar Line runs nearby, from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital through the Pearl District and the downtown area to Portland State University, the South Waterfront, and Portland's east side. There are two kiosks filled with the city's orange shared bikes two blocks away.
