If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, with an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap provided. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin located in the back by the fence, or a $25 charge will apply. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
