All aldult occupants are required to have valid ID but primary tenant is required to have SC driver license or US passport. Criminal and civil background check required for all tenants 18 years of age or older ; cost is approximately $55 each. Minimum verifiable gross (before taxes) monthly household income of $3200. No eviction filings in the last four years. Housing vouchers are no longer accepted due to the Care Act. Tenant must obtain renters insurance upon clearance of background check and payment of first month's rent but prior to payment of deposit and issuance of keys in accordance with the lease. .
