Additional bedrooms on this floor include a bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, a trundle bedroom with two twin beds, or the bottom twin can pop up to make a king-size bed, and a full bath with walk-in shower. The third floor offers a versatile space with two queen beds in the bedroom area and an office area with a game and reading nook, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. Step outside to a small deck with a bistro set, or head to the basement for a friendly ping pong match. With a half bath and laundry on-site, this home is designed for both relaxation and convenience. The fully updated interior features modern finishes paired with historic Lakewood charm. Entertainment spaces include an N64 console in the living room and a ping pong table in the basement. Outdoor living is enhanced by a small deck with seating for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Convenient amenities include a half bath and laundry in the basement for added comfort. Ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and salt and pepper are provided. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located in a prime Lakewood location, this home is close to local shops, dining, and parks, offering a unique Lakewood experience for your next getaway. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
