Property Ratings at 201 West
Our new apartment is absolutely beautiful! We love the luxury feeling of the countertops, self closing drawers, spacious bedrooms and flooring. Downtown Neenah has been a hidden gem and we appreciate the convenience to shopping and coffee shops.
Furnishings are excellent. Insulation and build quality are subpar. I have lived in many condos and apartments, but sound transmission in this building is horrendous. I can hear the toilet flushing, music, and muted conversations with ease. Unfortunately this building went up too quickly with no regard for quality and insulation. At less than 50% occupancy it’s subpar.

The building is made of the highest quality materials available for a multi-family structure. It is solid concrete & steel. Post-construction, we have made a couple of enhancements to ensure a first-class living experience.
