About This Property
Description: This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. This apartment building is located near Jilbert Dairy. $750.00 per month plus electric. If you would like an additional person there is an additional charge of: $50.00 to cover the additional water/ sewage and garbage fees. Utilities: The monthly rent includes water/ sewage, and garbage. We also will provide lawn care, and snow removal in the parking lot / walk ways. Tenants are to pay for electric, TV (Charter ready), Phone, and Internet. Maintenance: We have a 24-hour phone line to call and get someone. We will fix/address any issues you may have in a timely matter. Furnishings: We will provide you a stove/oven, and a refrigerator. There is a laundry room onsite with two sets of coin operated washer and dryers. Also there are two vending machines in the laundry room. Pets: This is a "No Pet" apartment building. Lease: This is for a one-year lease, however we can do longer. We cannot do month to month. What to do next: To set up a showing please fill out an application at northarrowmqt. com. Once we get the application, we will email you with a date and a time of the showing. What is needed to move in: To move in we would need the security deposit, plus first months rent (this can be prorated).
