This park features beautifully landscaped gardens,a large covered patio area,and an expansive kids playground with swings and a large jungle gym. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents,you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant,unless otherwise advertised.
