A non-refundable application fee of $24.99 is required for each individual over the age of 17 who will be living on the premises. A complete, signed application will be required for each applicant to start application process fully. Complete background & credit checks required for each applicant over the age of 17. Deposit is $1050, Rent is $915. Upon approval, a deposit to hold must be submitted to hold the home until move-in date. Call for an appointment on scheduled showing dates. Tenant pays for electric and water. Trash pickup is included. Renters insurance required. Dogs allowed on a case by case basis, a non-refundable $300 pet fee required per animal;
