A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at any given time, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
