Downstairs you will find another kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave, bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, another small living room, as well as 2 very large bedrooms, one of which has an outside entrance. The large enclosed porch is wired for a hot tub! Off street parking in the driveway. Small shed for extra storage. No pets. No smoking. Tenant pays all utilities. There is a $50 application fee per adult(will be reimbursed if you move in), deposit is $2500, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150(this is waived if you move in).
