Inside you have a separate living room and family room with an electric insert fireplace and built in bookcases The formal dining room is off of the kitchen and offers an open floor plan perfect for entertaining and stainless steel appliances are included. The master bedroom has a private master bath and the entire home has ample closet space throughout. In the backyard you will find a deck with built in seating perfect for those fall nights and plenty of room for the families furry friends. Must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent with good credit and rental history. There is a $45 application fee per adult over 18 for the background/credit check. Resident is responsible for utilities. All of our rentals require renter's insurance with $100K minimum liability. No smoking allowed.
