Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of two cars. Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage. Laundry is available for a fee by the indoor pool and by the security office in the main building. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise, afternoons lounging by the pool, and evenings exploring the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk or enjoying fresh seafood nearby. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a family trip, or simply to recharge, this ocean-view retreat puts you close to Myrtle Beach State Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum, and the Art Museum of Myrtle Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Wednesday for tower floors 2nd to 9th, and on the 3rd Wednesday for tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. The indoor pool and hot tub are currently under repair, with the expected reopening scheduled before Christmas. There are six pools; one kiddie pool and the rest in the main building, one lazy river (across the street), and one lap pool (across the street) that opens from 10 am to 11 pm. [SI]
