Small trailers are allowed with resort management approval prior. Local attractions include Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Ripley’s Aquarium. The condo is just 5 blocks away from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit to ensure a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 lazy river, open from 10am to 11pm. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will be charged a $500 fine and grounds for immediate eviction. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $500 will be applied.
