Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the balcony with sweeping views of the water. After a sun-soaked day, relax in the cozy living area, designed for comfort and calm. Resort amenities include both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a modern fitness center, and a soothing sauna. Free parking is available for up to two cars. Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage. Local attractions include Myrtle Beach State Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum, and the Art Museum of Myrtle Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit: 2nd Wednesday for Tower floors 2nd to 9th, and 3rd Wednesday for Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, 1 lazy river (across the street), opens from 10am to 11pm. [SI]
