There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and you are kindly asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees for smoking are $250, vomit/bodily fluid or waste $250, illegal drug paraphernalia $250, glitter or confetti: $200, unauthorized pets $200, dirty dishes $50, and missing towel $20 (per towel).
