The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It's a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and you are kindly asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees for smoking are $250, vomit/bodily fluid or waste $250, illegal drug paraphernalia $250, glitter or confetti: $200, unauthorized pets $200, dirty dishes $50, and missing towel $20 (per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed.
