Step outside to enjoy the tranquil ambiance of your private outdoor space, complete with a propane fire pit and a propane grill. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per stay. Additional fees are incurred for damages, not picking up after pets in the yard, or pets on furniture or beds. Pets are not allowed to be left alone unless crated, and pet noise must not cause a noise disturbance for neighbors. The apartment is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Navy Point Beach is 11 minutes away, the main Pensacola Beach is 24 minutes away, Naval Air Station is 19 minutes away, National Naval Aviation Museum is 19 minutes away, Pensacola Shopping Plaza is 5 minutes away, Corry Field Shopping Mall is 7 minutes away, Fort Pickens is 45 minutes away and Gulf Breeze Zoo is 37 minutes away. There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250) and dishes ($50). If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to check out on time without prior approval will result in a $60 fee per hour. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 fine.
