This property is dog and kid-friendly. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. Additional fees are incurred for damages, not picking up after pets in the yard, or pets on furniture or beds. Pets are not allowed to be left alone unless crated, and pet noise must not cause a disturbance for neighbors. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Located 1 minute from Osceola Municipal Golf Course, this home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood. It's a short drive to Pensacola Beach and centrally located for beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The city offers a small-town feel with numerous local events and unique attractions. Navy Point Beach is 11 minutes away, Pensacola Beach is 24 minutes away, Naval Air Station is 19 minutes away, National Naval Aviation Museum is 19 minutes away, Pensacola Shopping Plaza is 5 minutes away, Corry Field Shopping Mall is 7 minutes away, Fort Pickens is 45 minutes away and Gulf Breeze Zoo is 37 minutes away. There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. Smoking is allowed outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and a $250 fee will be charged for smoking inside. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Additional fees for glitter or confetti is $200. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery; the guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee, and items will only be shipped domestically.
