Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and built-in dressers for plenty of storage. The modern bathroom features a clean design along with essential amenities. This is the perfect Wimberley location! Less than 10 minutes from H-E-B Grocery, Wimberley town square with many cute shops and restaurants, recreational tennis courts, Quicksand Golf Course, Cypress Falls, Jacobs Well, and Blue Hole Regional Park. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and terms and conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Pets, smoking, fireworks, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is a small fire pit in the backyard; guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. The cowboy pool is unit 1's to utilize and is included in their rate. Please do not utilize the cowboy pool. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like this may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Proactive measures are taken to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
