Two modern bathrooms feature clean and contemporary designs, along with all the essential amenities you'll need. The backyard oasis sits above Cypress Creek, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the spring-fed creek and the serene water lilies below. The cowboy pool invites you to take a refreshing dip immersed in the lush green surroundings of this tranquil escape. For those chilly evenings, gather around the firepit under the starry Hill Country sky. This property provides a tranquil setting for creating memorable moments with friends and family. The backyard is a shared space with another rental, however, they do not have access to the heated cowboy pool or fire pit. This is the perfect Wimberley location, less than 10 minutes from H-E-B Grocery, Wimberley town square with many cute shops and restaurants, recreational tennis courts, Quicksand Golf Course, Cypress Falls, Jacobs Well, and Blue Hole Regional Park. Guests are asked to park on the left side of the house. The small driveway on the right side is for Unit 2. This is the main side of the house and there is a separate rental listing connected to the house with a different entrance. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Fireworks and parties or events are also prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is a small fire pit in the backyard, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. No lifeguard is on duty at the pool, so swim at your own risk. Supervise children at all times and rinse off before entry. No glass is allowed in the pool or pool area, and additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This is a rural property in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
