202 W. Oregon Church Road, Terre Haute, IN. Garage that is attached, is not part of the unit. Cute one bedroom / one bathroom duplex in southern Vigo county. $600 a month plus all utilities paid. Pets are allowed, we allow one dog up to 20 lbs or one cat, they are an additional $50 a month and $100 of the deposit becomes non-refundable. Approved application and background check are required for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the unit. There is a $40 application fee, if approved we apply it to the deposit, it not we return it. You can come by our office O'Kelley Inc - 11800 S. US HWY 41, Terre Haute, IN (Between Boot City and Pat's Cafe) M - F 8-4 pm and sign out the keys to take a look at the unit.
