The home includes an in-suite washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen that seats six, and is thoughtfully set up for guests with family-friendly amenities such as a high chair, a Pack n Play, kids dishes, and blackout curtains. Please note, some closets are locked as this is a part-time family home with personal touches throughout. Free driveway parking for two vehicles is included. This Calgary home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering easy access to the mountains, the airport, and downtown, making it ideal for families, groups, and corporate travelers. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, and loud outdoor music or gatherings are prohibited to respect neighbors.
