Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written authorization is obtained, with a $100 pet fee. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Guests are to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. A $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay will be charged if approved by the host. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, and children will need to be accompanied when using stairs. Guests must wear shoes and watch where they step in yards.
