A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account.
