Property will be available Jan 1st, 2025. Our wonderful tenants purchased a house so exiting current lease. Location is perfect. Situated in a quiet, friendly Peregrine neighborhood - it is right off Snyder Hill road up the hill. Schools are Ithaca school district - this is an awesome school district. This house is literally 6 minutes away from Cornell campus -- I used to park in B lot, super easy! There is a bus a block away. There is a park where you can go play basketball, hike, run, sled, etc. just 1 block away. Access is through a neighbor's home so you don't have to walk around. That's how friendly and amazing the neighborhood is. House is fully handicap accessible with wide hallways, doors and ramps. Please reach out for more information.
