About This Property

This house is perfect for 4 Brandice students or a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of the greater Boston area, the house includes 3 floors, 4 bedroom, with two home offices - one at the top and one at the bottom floor. We recently renovated the house and it includes a brand new kitchen, smart heating system, and a tesla power wall. The house is already childproof as we have two young ones. The house is currently fully furnished and ready to move. It can be leased fully furnished, partially furnished, or without the furniture, depending on your preference. The lease is for 9 months with an ability to extend it to 12 months (flexible) starting on September 1st / End of August. The utility prices for the year 2021 were: 1. Electricity Around $100-$350 per month based on the season 2. Gas - Around $100-$350 per month based on the season 3. Internet - Around $45 per month 4. Water - Around $50-$150 per 3 months 5. Landscaping ~$80 per month Indoor garage parking and 2 outdoor parking spots (3 in total) are included
