- 20 Duncan Street - * Available 5/29/23- beyond! * This beautiful and recently re-modeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was just impeccably furnished by local interior designer, Rodrigo Reyes (@iamrardesigns). This home is centrally located in Downtown Charleston and within walking distance to King St. and many popular restaurants and shops. Enter through the front door from the piazza to the open kitchen and living room area. The living room features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a large seating area for up to five people and features loads of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances. In the hallway just outside the kitchen is a half bathroom for your convenience. At the end of the hallway is the first of the three bedrooms. This spacious bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, en suite bathroom with a marble top vanity and tiled tub/shower combo. Upstairs you will find the two additional bedrooms, each also featuring a king size bed, en suite bathroom, and large walk in closet. The second story porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! You will also find the full size, stacked washer/dryer on the second floor. Underneath the home is a large storage area for storing bikes, surfboards, beach equipment and other non flammable items. Two tandem, off street parking spaced are included in the driveway beside the home. Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. The Neighborhood- Radcliffeborough: This home is situated in the quiet and charming downtown neighborhood of Radcliffeborough. Nestled between the Medical University and upper-King street, this neighborhood is conveniently located to provide easy access to all the best restaurants, shops and nightlife. There's plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafe´s, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of King Street, we also recommend wandering around our neighborhood to discover the area's cozy bars, gourmet restaurants and unique shops. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
