Property Ratings at 20/20 Villa Apts
I can't say enough great things about living at 2020. Laundry in the building, reserved parking below ground, and small outdoor space with a grill and fire pit to relax by on the weekends are just a few of the amenities that make me love calling this place home. The neighbors are nice and the apartment is walking distance to bars, restaurants, and groceries. Just outside the craziness of Hollywood proper, 2020 feels like it's in a true neighborhood at the base of the Hollywood Hills. The apartment itself is updated as well-AC in the living room, dishwasher, fridge, and two full bathrooms are all quality. Hardwood floors are balanced by tile in the kitchen, and wonderful lighting abounds. Looking forward to calling this place home for years to come - if a spot in the building opens up I recommend scooping it up quickly, it won't last!
