The 14 calendar day countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you. We do not require leases to start on the 1st of the month, therefore, the first month's rent may be pro-rated. Pro-rations are always based on a 30-day month. To determine the daily prorated rent, take the monthly rent amount and divided that amount by 30.
