Upon entering, you'll notice the brand new carpet throughout the home. The kitchen is well appointed and has a fridge, range, and dishwasher. There is door in the kitchen that provides access to the back patio. There is a half bathroom on the main level. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and contain ample closet space and large windows to let in plenty of natural light. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The basement contains plenty of room for storage, as well as a full sized washer and dryer. The home is heated and cooled through central air. There is assigned parking available with this unit. Located in the heart of Broomfield, this home offers easy access to a variety of amenities. Nearby parks, schools, and recreational facilities provide opportunities for outdoor activities and family fun. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information if credit score is improved to 640+ *Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement. *No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed. *Unrelated parties over the age of 18 (roommates) must qualify separately with an income of at least two times (2x) rent for EACH roommate, e.g., two (2) roommates must have a combined income of four times (4x) the monthly rent. Three (3) roommates must have six times (6x) the monthly rent *Complete criteria is available at: *Pets are considered with pet fees. No Large or Dangerous Dogs.
