The front door leads to the living room and dining room, both of which have hardwood floors and lots of natural light. A great galley kitchen has plenty of storage. The basement includes a bonus room that can be an office and a rec room. Large backyard with a detached two-car garage. This is in a peaceful neighborhood. We don't require our current residents to clean for your visit, but you can rest assured the property will be cleared of ALL personal belongings and professionally cleaned before you move in on July 1. We prefer applications showing 3x income and a credit score over 650. The property will be ready by July 1. Rent is $1950. * Initial lease term would be up to June 29, 2024. We would love a long-term resident. * $300 non-refundable move-in pet fee and $50/month rent for each pet that are pre-approved. * Non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult.
