It has two full bathrooms and the bedroom is the same size as the living room! The balcony faces the east with extra storage closet. For a 1-year contract, the total amount due each month is $825.00; and that includes Rent, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, Sewage, and Garbage. The security deposit is $1237.00. Electricity (through Rocky Mountain Power) and your renters insurance are the only things you need to pay for on your own.
