You will then need to pay your prorated rent and any remaining deposits (e.g., a pet deposit, if applicable) by the day of your move-in. We offer both in-person and contactless move-ins, depending on your preference. If you choose a contactless move-in, we will email you your move-in guide, which will include the lockbox code 24 to 48 hours before your move-in date.
