Owner managed charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with wood burning stove and natural gas forced air, attached garage and nice fenced in backyard located in a quiet cul-de-sac near Butler Market Rd. Irrigated garden boxes, and a lovely pergola and deck greet you in the backyard. Doggy door to the outside, would consider a small or medium size well behaved dog (upon approval). We are out of the country currently and only able to communicate via EMAIL for now, we will be returning to the US later this year. The house is currently occupied with tenants and not to be disturbed. It will be available for move-in between June 23 - July 1, we are flexible in that window.
