The top floor includes a Master bedroom with a walk in closet, jetted tub, and a separate shower. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor with another full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with a large window allowing plenty of light, also having a full bathroom. In addition, the basement has a bonus room (office space) with another large window, and a separate washer/dryer room. (Washer and dryer not included) The kitchen is updated & modern, faces the backyard, has a pantry, lots of cabinets and is in excellent condition. The comfy warm fire place in the living room showcases wonderful views of the mountains. The yard is fully fenced in for pets/privacy and there is an open inviting front yard on a corner lot. This is a full custom home built in 2000 with modern features.The garage is a 2 car garage, and is extra long for additional storage/workshop. The garage has lots of shelving and space for outdoor gear and room for a workshop. New AC (2023) and new Furnace (2024) 1-2 dogs may be permitted and are an additional $75 per month ($110 per month for 2 dogs) with an additional nonrefundable $350 security deposit. No cats allowed. Various dog breeds may be allowed with owner approval. NO CATS. All showings are to be coordinated by the owner Dan: texting encouraged. (Current tenants are living there, so we will coordinate carefully) We require a 9 month rental contract (ending July 30th) and a 2 month rent penalty to break this contract. We would prefer a 1 year and 9 month contract. $2400 security deposit to hold the House. And 1st full month's rent are all required prior to moving in. Additional security deposit collected on a sliding scale calibrated from Credit score below 675. NOTE: There must be an informal phone interview prior to viewing the home to ensure its a good fit for both parties. We have tougher requirements to move in, but we know you will love this home for the years you live here!
