The fully equipped kitchen boasts a granite island, stainless appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Dine at the table for 10 or al fresco on the deck overlooking the water. Entertainment options include a game room with a pool table, board games, smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or by the fire pit under the stars. Pets are welcome with up to two housebroken dogs allowed for a fee of $75 per pet per stay. No cats are permitted. Additional fees apply for unregistered overnight guests and late check-outs. Early check-ins are not permitted unless pre-arranged. Nestled off Groth Rd, this home offers tranquil lake vibes just minutes from Springdale. This is a smoke-free home; smoking is permitted outside only, and smoking inside will incur a remediation fee exceeding $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered, and unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged.
