This property is located in Echo Park in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood. Remote controlled security gated parking in the large driveway, The bathroom is recently remodeled. Many fruit trees in the big back yard. Patio table and chairs . Garden in the front of the house. Living room has a gas wall heater. Custom made oak wood paneling in much of the house. Price shown is for 2 or less people. Well qualified applicants only, good credit score, verified employment record for the last two years. Absolutely NO SMOKING. The house is a duplex. We will require a credit check, proof of income, references, processed (cash, money order, or cleared check) for the first months rent/security deposit, and a signed month to month lease before move in.
