New hybrid mattresses are provided throughout the rooms. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. Located in a quiet residential area with parks nearby and close access to the freeway, this home could be a retreat from a long day of work, a getaway, or a quick stop to say hello to friends and family. To get to the property, take I-84 W to exit 29 E Franklin Rd in Caldwell. Take the exit and go right onto Franklin Rd, then turn right onto Ward Rd, turn left onto Sanders St, turn right onto Alleghenny Way, turn right onto Catskill Dr/Cumberland Pl, then the destination will be on the right hand side. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Outdoor and garage amenities (including barbecue grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained and may not always be in working condition during your stay. Due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. In the rare event of a local utility outage, no compensation will be provided.
