Blowing Rock Lodge Community Rules apply, including quiet hours and no partying. Single occupancy. Due to septic restrictions, only one occupant per unit. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. If rent is paid before the first of each month, we provide an early payment discount of $25, taking the rent down to $800.
