The house has three bedrooms: one large master bedroom upstairs with a walk-in closet and a skylight. The two downstairs bedrooms are smaller and have regular-sized closets. One bathroom is downstairs and one bathroom upstairs attached to the master bedroom. Upstairs has a bathtub with whirlpool jets. The kitchen is open and has a terrace directly off of it. A Wolf cooktop and stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher) makes cooking easy! There is a staircase to a small rooftop deck where you can see the ocean waves! A spiral staircase connects upstais and downstairs. There is an office area downstairs with extensive built-in bookshelves and cabinets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house does NOT have air conditioning, as the proximity to the beach and ocean breezes makes it unnecessary. There are washer/dryer hookups. There's a washer and a dryer in the house, but if they need to be repaired, that will be up to the tenant to repair or replace. Lots of outdoor living spaces! The rooftop deck, the terrace off the kitchen, and a covered patio off of the laundry room, opening to the small back yard with a mature plants. There is a hot-water outdoor shower. A one-car garage can fit a medium-sized car, or can be used for storage or a home gym. The driveway can hold two cars, one behind the other. We are looking for 600+ credit, rent to income of max 40%, and we will conduct a background check.
