This charming home offers a peaceful and comfortable escape close to downtown Cleveland. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate reservation termination without refund, plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violations; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay.
