Located within the exclusive, guard-gated Champions Gate Resort, this home is just 10 miles from Disney and sleeps up to 24 guests with 9 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. This home is built for fun and comfort, featuring a spacious living area, a dining room, and a game room. The large, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. Enjoy access to a free washer and dryer, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, enjoy world-class meals at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. With nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park, plus close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways, travel is a breeze. Disney World is 10 minutes away, SeaWorld is 35 minutes away and Universal Studios is 40 minutes away. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
