With nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park, plus close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways, travel is a breeze. Disney World is 10 minutes away, SeaWorld is 35 minutes away and Universal Studios is 40 minutes away. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
