Sublet.com ID 2744678. Beautiful apartment available from April 2 - November 18. We are very clean people and the building is quiet, with a dog park near by and a pool and grills during the summer! Great location for people new to Denver, also really close to bus routes, Stapleton Shops (Stapleton Farmers Market in summer!) and Johnson & Wales University. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, and washer and dryer in unit. A nice patio that could fit a few chairs and some plants in the summer. There is gated parking that comes with remotes and space for parking two cars. The main bedroom is HUGE with a walk in closet, and countertop with sink in the room. The second bedroom is comfortably big as well with a large closet. The full bathroom with tub has a large counter top space. The apartment is pet friendly, two pet max. Small dog park in the court yard of the apartment too! After November you will have the option to re-sign.
