Property Ratings at 195-Santiam Village Apartments
The apartments are nice on the inside but management does not care enough to keep the grounds clean. The neighborhood that was once nice with brand new houses, now has grafitti and shopping carts all up Mccleay from Winco. I've had more bad neighbors than good neighbors while living there (but that's any apartment building).
I have lived at Santiam Village apartments for the past three years in the Salem,OR. The Property office personnel has been dynamic during this time; however, they seem to deliver a positive outcome to any resident request submitted.
We've been here for about three years. The office staff is very kind. The property is well maintained. We've never had problems with neighbors.
